EXCHANGES
You should be absolutely happy with your purchase; however, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for some reason you need to exchange an item, please know that all exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To exchange your item, simply pack and seal the merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Kamaria's Konceptions will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.
Once we have received and inspected your exchange, your account will be credited. Kamaria's Konceptions reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet our requirements. Any denied exchange will be sent back to the customer.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.
